🔹 Job Description:
Vision IAS, a leading Ed-Tech company, is looking for a Customer Care Executive who can confidently interact with students over calls, understand their educational needs, and guide them regarding courses and services. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on student counseling and admissions support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Provide detailed information about products/services as needed.
- Maintain accurate call records and data in Excel and Word.
- Respond to inquiries professionally and resolve basic customer concerns.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
- Work closely with the internal team for lead management and tracking.
- Achieve assigned calling targets and daily/weekly milestones.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (preferred).
- Fluent communication in Hindi & English (verbal & written).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with discipline and focus.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
- Candidates must be residing in Delhi (NCR not preferred).
Preferred Traits:
- Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in documentation.
- Consistent and punctual in daily work routine.
Work Schedule:
🗓 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
