Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries. The ideal candidate should be fluent in multiple languages and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Communicate clearly in multiple languages as per customer requirements
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam)
- Excellent verbal and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in the 9 AM – 5 PM shift consistently
Experience:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Prior experience in BPO / Customer Support is an advantage
