- Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Review Executive who will be responsible for engaging with existing clients, collecting feedback, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and converting negative experiences into positive outcomes.
This role is critical in maintaining client retention, brand reputation, and service excellence.
- Key Responsibilities
- Call existing clients to:
- Collect feedback on services and overall experience
- Record ratings and satisfaction levels
- Identify dissatisfied clients and:
- Understand concerns in detail
- Resolve issues effectively
- Convert negative feedback into positive experiences
- Maintain proper records of:
- Client feedback
- Complaints and resolutions
- Service ratings
- Coordinate with internal teams (clinic staff, operations) for:
- Issue resolution
- Service improvements
- Ensure high levels of:
- Customer satisfaction
- Client retention
- Positive brand experience
- Follow up with clients to:
- Close complaints
- Ensure satisfaction post-resolution
- Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in:
- Customer Support
- Customer Retention
- Voice Process / Calling
- Billing / Client Coordination
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory)
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident and presentable personality
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
- Problem-solving and persuasion skills
- Customer-centric mindset
