Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Indore. The Customer Care Executive will handle customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, provide top-notch customer service, effectively resolve customer concerns, and build long-term relationships. The executive will also assist in addressing customer inquiries and promoting sales initiatives when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication abilities to engage with customers effectively
- Experience or skills in Sales for promoting services and fostering client relationships
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced on-site work environment
- Previous experience in real estate or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
