Urgently Hiring - Customer Care Executive
Location: Remote
Salary: ₹10,000/month
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can professionally handle client communication and ensure a smooth client journey throughout the process.
Since our clients are working with us to grow their social media presence, the candidate should also have a good understanding of social media platforms, current trends, content culture, and creator ecosystem.
The role is client-facing, where your responsibility will be to guide clients, solve their queries, keep them engaged in the process, and make sure they feel supported and informed at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client calls and follow-ups professionally
- Guide clients through the complete process step-by-step
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a smooth experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates and support
- Keep clients engaged and informed throughout their journey
- Understand basic social media trends and creator ecosystem
- Help clients feel involved and confident in the process
- Resolve basic concerns and escalate issues when required
- Maintain proper records and updates of clients
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends
- Confident, polite, and professional personality
- Comfortable handling client calls daily
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and WhatsApp communication
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
- Full-time availability is mandatory
