Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Kochi. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include interacting with clients over calls and emails, resolving issues promptly, maintaining customer records, and offering guidance on financial products and services. Collaboration with the sales team to drive customer engagement and satisfaction will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction to respond to inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written, to interact with customers efficiently and professionally.
- Experience in Sales and the ability to guide customers in selecting suitable financial products or services.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi and collaborate with various teams effectively.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or client relations role is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
