Role Responsibilities
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from students and parents
• Provide information about courses, universities, and admission processes
• Follow up with enquiries and maintain customer records
• Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer support / telecalling
• Good Hindi and basic English communication skills
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused
• Education consultancy experience preferred
