Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sholinganallur for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will handle client inquiries, provide prompt and efficient support, resolve customer issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role includes addressing client queries, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a key part in strengthening client relationships and contributing to improved customer retention metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence
- Proficiency in problem-solving, active listening, and managing customer concerns
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
