Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, based in Gurugram. The primary responsibility involves assisting customers with their queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional approach in communication. You will also engage with customers to promote relevant products or services and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills to build rapport and clarity in interactions with customers.
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to handle CRM software.
- Familiarity with the insurance or fintech industry is an added advantage.
