Customer Care Executive
📍 Location: Ganesh Glory 11, Gota, Ahmedabad
💼 Job Type: Full-time, On-site
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via chat, email, and phone calls.
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Resolve customer complaints, returns, replacements, refunds, and order-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.
- Prepare basic Excel reports and maintain customer support records.
- Track all open customer cases until they are resolved.
- Deliver a professional and customer-first support experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable handling customer support through calls, emails, and chat.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
