Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, based in Kolkata. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining effective communication with customers, and identifying opportunities to contribute to sales and improve client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Effective Communication skills with the ability to ensure clear and professional interactions
- Basic understanding of Sales and customer relationship building
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in customer service roles or in the BPO industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems, applications, and technology
- A relevant degree or diploma is preferred but not required
