Job Role - Customer Care Executive


Location: Howrah, West Bengal (On-site)

Company: Matri – A Shark Tank India Featured Brand in Female Wellness

Matri is on a mission to revolutionize female wellness. Featured on Shark Tank India, we are building a brand that breaks taboos and brings comfort to women across the country with our innovative solution Matri – A Menstrual Pain Reliever Device. She will be a passionate and dynamic person who will join our core team and help us scale nationwide.


Her Role & Responsibilities

Customer Support & Engagement

  • Customer Support
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers
  • Create strategies for customer engagement (e.g., a community of women celebrating painless periods)
  • Outreach with potential distributors or Resellers
  • Design and execute B2B sales plans


Daily Operations Handle

  • Support departments in managing documentation
  • Organize team activities to maintain a positive office culture
  • Assist in building and uniting a strong team
  • Team Leading Capability


Requirements / Qualification

  • Experienced candidates are preferable in related field
  • Graduate in any field ( strong communication, organizational, and people-management skills Preferable
  • Fluency in English & Hindi
  • Approachable, cheerful personality with strong communication skills
  • Team handling ability and good presence of mind
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in workflow management and process improvements
