Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Care Executive based in Noida. The role involves providing excellent customer support and addressing inquiries, enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The candidate will also assist in delivering timely solutions, engaging with potential students, and supporting sales initiatives by delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to assist in Sales and guide customers towards making informed decisions
- Capability to handle challenging scenarios effectively and maintain professionalism
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred
