Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests through calls, emails, chat, WhatsApp, and social media channels
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refund.
- Build strong customer relationships through empathetic communication and proactive support
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify critical customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams
- Ensure proper follow-up and closure within defined timelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/helpdesk systems
- Track open tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLA
- Follow customer service SOPs and quality standards
- Share regular reports on customer issues, response time, and resolution metrics

- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume queries
- Basic knowledge of CRM/helpdesk tools
