Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks will include addressing customer concerns, assisting with product and service details, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining communication with clients to build strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Basic familiarity with Sales processes and the ability to support business growth efforts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad with great attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in customer care or a related field is advantageous.
