Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive based in Rewa. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Duties include providing excellent customer support, delivering efficient and courteous customer service, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role also involves identifying opportunities to promote relevant banking services and products to fulfill customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of Sales and the ability to effectively promote and recommend banking products and services
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritize and respond effectively to inquiries
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site work environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages and understanding of the regional market is an advantage
