Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication. Responsibilities include resolving complaints, providing information about diagnostic services, and maintaining strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers. The role also involves promoting relevant services and products to meet customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer interactions effectively.
- Basic Sales acumen for identifying customer needs and promoting relevant services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare or diagnostics environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools for managing customer data and inquiries.
- Fluency in local languages along with English is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
