Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive based in Chennai. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for promptly and professionally attending to customer calls and help in booking appointments for customers.
The role also involves contributing to sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting company offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills - English and Tamil must, Kannada, Hindi would be added advantage.
- Experience and aptitude in Sales and understanding customer needs
- Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Freshers and /or candidates with min 2 years experience and max 5 years experience are preferred.
