Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Chennai. The Customer Care Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. They will support sales efforts by building and maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring seamless communication. Additionally, the role involves assisting customers with product or service information and contributing to an environment that prioritizes customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with customers
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to promote services and products effectively
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenging customer interactions with professionalism
- Adaptability to work in dynamic environments and focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Fluency in local languages and English is a must. Speaking skills in Hindi and Kannada would be added advantage
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer-facing roles
