Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, based in Gandhinagar. The Customer Care Executive will provide personalized customer support, managing inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting with product-related queries. Responsibilities also include ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, fostering positive client relationships, and working collaboratively with the sales team to drive customer engagement. The candidate will be a key point of contact, representing the brand's commitment to exceptional service and luxury experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively address and resolve client needs.
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening and professional verbal and written communication.
- Sales acumen to identify customer needs and efficiently guide them toward suitable products or services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in luxury beauty or retail services is preferred.
- A proven track record of building strong client relationships is a plus.
