Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions. Responsibilities include responding to complaints and inquiries, managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, and making sure that a high level of service is consistently delivered.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally handle customer inquiries
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities for handling complaints effectively
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office applications
- Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus
- Fluency in relevant languages (English and Hindi, with regional languages being a bonus)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
