Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to patients by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding them through the treatment process. The responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless communication with patients, and collaborating with the team to improve service delivery. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and contribute to the organization's overall success.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Basic Sales abilities to identify opportunities to improve patient engagement and service offerings.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or a customer-focused environment is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
