Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator
Work Location: Manufacturer Facility & Office (Hybrid)
Job Summary
The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for managing customer orders from order entry through final shipment. This role ensures seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders to achieve on-time order fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction. The position requires close collaboration with manufacturing team and Sales teams. Experience in the furniture industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor customer orders from order entry through final shipment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, timelines, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including production, planning, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve order-related issues, delays, or discrepancies.
- Support internal and external stakeholders to meet required service levels and on-time delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate order records, documentation, and updates in ERP and order management systems.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and effective communication throughout the entire order lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer care, order management, or coordination roles.
- Prior experience in the furniture industry is preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, order management tools, MS Office applications.
