Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Care role located in Bengaluru. The Customer Care team member will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of service. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, identifying and resolving issues, gathering feedback, collaborating with internal teams, and proactively improving the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction, focusing on delivering positive and solutions-driven interactions.
- Proficiency in Communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively and empathetically to diverse audiences.
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs, address concerns, and offer tailored solutions promptly.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling customer interactions through various channels, such as phone, email, or in person, is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous but not required.
