Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Customer Care Associate. The Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves handling incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels, proactively identifying and resolving customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, the associate will serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address product or service-related queries and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Support and helping customers effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is an asset
