📢 WE ARE HIRING | CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE
Kearnfit Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, customer-focused and well-organised Customer Care Associate to join our growing team.
📍 Location: Cuttack / Bhubaneswar, Odisha
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year
🚀 Joining: Immediate
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
🔹 Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Greet and assist customers and IBOs professionally.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support sales-related entries and joining-related inputs.
• Verify and process KYC documents.
• Verify NEFT/payment details and coordinate for required updates.
• Assist with PAN updation and other account-related changes.
• Provide accurate information about company policies, schemes, offers and products.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams whenever required.
• Maintain proper records and prepare regular reports.
• Arrange and coordinate online meetings through Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
• Use Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint for daily work and reporting.
• Handle assigned responsibilities independently with minimum supervision.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism in all customer/IBO-related work.
🔹 What We Are Looking For
✔ Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
✔ Good communication and customer-handling skills
✔ Comfortable working with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
✔ Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams
✔ Good coordination and problem-solving ability
✔ Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
✔ Well-organised, responsible and detail-oriented
✔ Experience in Direct Selling / MLM / Wellness / FMCG will be an added advantage
✔ Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
