We’re Hiring: Customer Care Associate – Travel Health Process Location: Jaipur (on-site) Work experience : 6 months to 1 year Salary: Up to ₹33,000 – ₹35,000/month Working Days: 5.5 Days | Rotational Shifts & Weekly Off Role Overview We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our Travel Health Process team. The role involves assisting customers with travel-related healthcare support, handling queries, bookings, modifications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions
- Assist customers with bookings, modifications, and service requests
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Work efficiently on multiple systems and tools
- Ensure accurate data management and compliance adherence Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with high empathy levels
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Prior BPO/customer service experience preferred
- Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International Process and expereince with GDS
- Relevant experience letter is mandatory
