Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹33,000 – ₹35,000 per month (₹3.96 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA)
Shift: Rotational Shifts | Rotational Weekly Offs | 5.5 Working Days

Customer Care Associates for our
International Travel Health Process in Jaipur. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with GDS experience who want to build a stable and growing career in the global travel & healthcare support domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent inbound and outbound customer support via calls and emails
- Handle travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel health-related queries
- Assist customers with seamless travel support and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Work on Global Distribution Systems (GDS) – Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure international compliance standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experience
Who We’re Looking For (Mandatory Requirements)
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in International BPO, International Voice Process, Travel Process, Airline Process, or Travel Support
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) – Mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
