Hiring Now | Customer Care Associate – International Travel Health Process
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹3.96 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA
(₹33,000 – ₹35,000/month)
5.5 Working Days | Rotational Shifts & Rotational Weekly Offs

We are hiring Customer Care Associates for our International Travel Health Process. This role is ideal for candidates from International BPO, Travel Process, Airline Process, Travel Support, or Customer Service backgrounds who are looking for stable career growth in a fast-paced global support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound customer support calls and emails
Assist customers with travel bookings, cancellations, modifications & healthcare-related travel support
Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy
Work on GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
Maintain accurate customer records and follow international compliance standards
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Mandatory Requirements
6 months – 1 year of experience in International BPO / International Voice Process / Travel Process
Hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) is mandatory
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
Strong customer handling and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational offs
Valid experience documents are mandatory
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred
