Job Title: Customer Care Associate – Travel Health (International Process)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (In-Office)
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year (International BPO & GDS Experience Required)
Salary: ₹3.96 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA (Up to ₹33,000 – ₹35,000/month)
Schedule: 5.5 Days | Rotational Shifts & Rotational Weekly Offs

Customer Care Associate for our specialized
Travel Health Process. In this role, you will act as a vital link for travelers, providing essential healthcare-related support. You will manage complex queries, coordinate medical-travel bookings, and ensure every customer receives empathetic and efficient assistance during their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Support: Manage inbound and outbound interactions via phone and email to assist with travel-related healthcare services.
- Booking Management: Handle service requests, modifications, and cancellations using GDS and internal platforms.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer concerns with a high degree of empathy, ensuring a seamless experience for those navigating health-related travel needs.
- System Proficiency: Operate effectively across multiple tools and databases simultaneously while maintaining high data accuracy.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to international service standards and healthcare data privacy protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International BPO environment.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with GDS (Global Distribution System) is mandatory.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid Experience Letter from previous employers.
- Mindset: A customer-first approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and the mentioned salary bracket.
