We're looking for a passionate Customer Care Agent to join our UAE customer service team based in Kochi, India.
What we're looking for:
✨ 1–3 years of customer service or contact center experience
✨ Excellent English communication skills
✨ Confidence in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints with empathy
✨ Sales conversion and upselling experience is an advantage
✨ Willingness to relocate to Kochi (if currently based elsewhere)
