Customer Capital operates in the exciting and fast-growing domain of loyalty and customer engagement. We are an end-to-end loyalty marketing company that runs its own loyalty programs in partnership with large companies (such as banks, conglomerates, etc.). We are a funded company started by veterans in the Indian Industry. We own a SaaS cloud-based loyalty and travel platform – AI Loyalty that we use for enabling and running our loyalty programs and travel bookings.


Job Summary


We are looking for a versatile Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, the individual will be tasked with the primary responsibility of managing banking projects and supporting the end-to-end delivery. We prefer candidates who have a robust background in software, product or SaaS-based companies. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams including, finance, marketing, technology and operations while reporting to the Head of PMO. Candidates should be located in Mumbai

 

Responsibilities

1. Plan & implement the project execution to ensure timely and quality delivery, staying within the scope and budget.


2. Work across multiple projects providing leadership to others working on the projects.


3. Deliver large and medium projects, tracking to deliverables agreed in SOW’s and other contractual obligations


4. Track projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.


5. Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors, facilitating clear communication and understanding on all sides.


6. Capture and manage project risks, managing risk registers and working to ensure required mitigation actions are in place.


7. Manage project dependencies including escalation paths.


8. Work closely with clients building trusted relationships to facilitate a collaborative working environment.


9. Use project management tools like MS Project and Jira to manage project delivery and track progress.


10. Participate in testing activities, executing business scenarios cases, and coordinating user acceptance testing.


11. Manage progress reporting and provide project updates into the wider programme reporting framework


12. Prepare and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.


13. Adhere to the Project Management SOP’s and contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and approaches.  


Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in Business Management or a related field.

• 5-7 years of proven work experience as a project manager in a Technology Delivery environment preferably within a product or SaaS-based company.

• MS Office, MS Project, and MS Visio knowledge are desirable

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Preferred (Will add advantage to profile if know any of these):

• PRINCE2 / PMI accreditation is preferred.

• Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools, particularly Jira 


• Travel: As per job & client requirement.

• Industry Type: IT - Software/Software Service.
