Customer Associate / Senior Customer Associate (International US Telecom Process)
Location : NSEZ , Noida
We are hiring for 50+ open positions for a premier International US Telecom Process. If you have a background in international B&C customer experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
We are looking for talent across two distinct streams: Inbound Voice and Dual Chat.
Role Overview
- Designation: Customer Associate / Senior Customer Associate
- Nature of Job: Inbound Voice Process
- Job Location: NSEZ / Embassy (as per business ask) / Hinjewadi Pune
- Job Type: Work from Office (WFO)
- Shift & Working Days: Night shift, 5 days a week (split week off
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Inbound Voice process (B2C domain is mandatory).
- Communication Skills: Excellent English proficiency (B2 – 58 equivalent).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office and internet applications.
Interview Process & Documentation
Selected candidates will undergo a structured evaluation process:
- Voice Rounds: HR Round $\rightarrow$ OPS (UAT) $\rightarrow$ SHL 58 $\rightarrow$ B2
- Chat Rounds: HR Round $\rightarrow$ OPS (UAT) $\rightarrow$ Versant $\rightarrow$ Live Chat
Mandatory Onboarding Documentation: > To clear the hiring process, you must provide your Aadhar card, all academic documents, experience proofs, a valid Photo ID, and your last 3 salary slips (if experienced)
