Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Associate. The Customer Associate will engage directly with donors and beneficiaries, respond to inquiries, manage book inventory logistics, and support the overall book donation and distribution process. Additional responsibilities include offering excellent customer service, maintaining records, collaborating with team members, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in customer service practices and resolving issues efficiently
- Organizational and logistics management skills, including experience with tracking inventory and data
- Proficiency in using digital tools such as spreadsheets, databases, and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork capabilities
- A passion for community-driven initiatives and a commitment to educational accessibility
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
