What You’ll Do
- Support Customers: Communicate with customers through phone, email, live chat, and SMS to assist with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations.
- Drive Customer Engagement: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations to improve the customer shopping experience.
- Recover Sales Opportunities: Assist with subscription recovery, abandoned cart follow-ups, and customer winback efforts.
- Manage Order Concerns: Handle tracking requests, returns, exchanges, and post-purchase support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Deliver Excellent Service: Provide professional, high-quality support aligned with TalentPop App’s customer experience standards.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Update customer information, track feedback trends, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of proven remote or online sales and customer support experience.
- Prior E-Commerce experience is required, including familiarity with upselling, cross-selling, subscription recovery, abandoned cart support, or post-purchase assistance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat.
- Experience with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Technical Requirements
- Personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
- Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed.
