Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Agent role located in Bengaluru North. The Customer Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving customer experiences. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving customer concerns, managing customer support tickets, and delivering professional communication to maintain strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Experience management
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills in English
  • Ability to remain patient and empathetic while addressing customer needs
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
  • Previous experience in the BPO or customer service industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is an advantage
