Hiring Now | Customer Experience Advisor – APAC (India)
We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Advisor to join our growing APAC team!

Location: India
Shift: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM IST (DST applicable)
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers across the UK, US, Australia, and New Zealand.
Your role will involve handling customer interactions, resolving queries, supporting platform usage, and identifying upsell opportunities to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound queries via call, email & chat
Deliver empathetic and solution-driven support
Guide users to maximize platform benefits
Identify upselling opportunities & convert warm leads
Resolve technical issues and provide feedback
Meet KPIs: CSAT, quality & productivity
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year experience in international customer support
Strong English communication (written & verbal)
Experience with tools like Zendesk (preferred)
Excellent problem-solving & multitasking skills
Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
