Key Responsibilities
- Contact international customers through outbound calls using a provided script
- Ask simple, predefined survey questions
- Record customer responses accurately (yes/no) in the system
- Follow call flow, quality, and compliance guidelines
- Maintain customer data confidentiality at all times
- Ensure professional and courteous communication
- Escalate any call-related issues to the team leader when required
