Role Description The Customer Care Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, India. This position focuses on greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through product options such as customized suits, readymade suits, kurtas, and fabrics. Daily tasks include answering customer queries in person and over the phone, managing orders, coordinating with the tailoring team, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The role also involves handling customer feedback, resolving concerns promptly, and maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment. The Customer Care Associate works closely with sales and tailoring staff to provide a smooth and positive customer experience from consultation to delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle queries professionally.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages commonly used in Delhi.
- Basic sales and retail skills, including product explanation, upselling, and handling billing and payment processes.
- Organization and time-management skills to manage orders, follow up on alterations, and coordinate with tailoring staff.
- Attention to detail for documenting customer measurements, preferences, and order specifications accurately.
- Comfort working in an on-site retail environment, including weekends or peak festive seasons as required.
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, or customer-facing roles is an advantage, especially in menswear or tailoring services.
- Minimum high school education; further education in retail, hospitality, or fashion is beneficial.
