Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPiServer.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to custom software development.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions that meet business objectives.
- Familiarity with code quality assurance techniques, including code reviews and automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in EPiServer.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
