As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve seamless integration and successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges related to network infrastructure integration within custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and ensuring system robustness under varying loads.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
