In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining development standards, ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the overarching business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts to meet project milestones and addresses challenges that arise during the software creation process.

- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and design effective solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
