Hiring: Custom Software Engineer – SAP for Utilities Billing
Location: Pune (Onsite)
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week
Experience: 6-9 Yrs
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), managing team performance and making key technical decisions.
- Custom Development: Design, build, and configure applications tailored to specific business processes and billing needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure software aligns with organizational goals.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical excellence.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement innovative process improvements to enhance team efficiency and software quality.
🔹 Key Requirements:
- Must-Have: Minimum 7.5 years of specialized experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Technical Depth: Strong knowledge of application design, enterprise configuration, and system integration.
- Education: 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to resolve complex technical issues related to billing applications and data flow management.
- Analytical Skills: Competence in analyzing business processes to recommend high-impact software enhancements.
