Hiring: Custom Software Engineer – Oracle Utilities
Work Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Experience: 6–9 Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the design, construction, and configuration of tailored applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop innovative business solutions.
- Lead and manage the team, taking responsibility for key technical decisions and problem-solving.
- Ensure seamless application integration within existing infrastructure.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior team members to foster growth.
- Oversee testing and debugging processes to ensure robust, user-friendly performance.
🔹 Key Requirements:
- Mandatory Skills: High proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (WAM).
- Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities WAM.
- Education: 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
- Technical Depth: Strong understanding of application design principles, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and contribute to cross-functional decision-making.
