Are you an expert in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation looking to lead high-impact custom software solutions? We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Bengaluru and drive the delivery of scalable, high-performing automation workflows.

In this role, you won’t just be coding; you’ll be a key decision-maker, mentoring junior talent and collaborating across multiple teams to solve complex business challenges using modern agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the SME: Act as the primary technical authority for Microsoft RPA solutions.
• Lead & Collaborate: Manage team performance, contribute to key architectural decisions, and provide cross-functional solutions.
• Innovation: Translate complex business requirements into functional, scalable software applications.
• Mentorship: Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior engineers to foster professional growth.
• Agile Execution: Work within a fast-paced agile environment to ensure software aligns with organizational objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 6–9 years of professional experience (Level 9), with a minimum of 5 years focused specifically on Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in designing and implementing complex automation workflows and integrating RPA tools with existing systems.
• SDLC Expert: Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle and agile frameworks.
• Education: 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
• Leadership: Proven ability to make critical team decisions and solve problems across multiple departments.
