Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Preferred Certifications
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies to effectively manage software development cycles.
- 10+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for technology or delivery teams
- Good to have exp in Digital Asset , Block Chain implementation
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) – if working in scaled Agile setups
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Ability to adapt project plans based on evolving requirements and stakeholder feedback.
- Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies within agile environments.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to support collaboration among diverse teams.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
