Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and architects, to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio, to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects, including managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and communicating project status to stakeholders.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and integrations.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page development.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
