As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and configuration management processes.
- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware asset tracking and management.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration within ServiceNow environments.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
