Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure quality standards are met within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP EWM environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools relevant to SAP application development.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess system performance and recommend improvements.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
