Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design specifications.
- Support the testing and validation of software components to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable software designs.
- Experience with data integration techniques and tools relevant to enterprise applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data mapping and conversion processes.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
